Advocating Protective Action

Floridians Advocate Safer Tech (FAST)

FAST protects people and the environment by minimizing RF/microwave radiation. We encourage wireline (corded) communications such as Fiber-Optic to the Premises (FTTP) for Safety, Health, Security, Reliability, Speed, and Energy Efficiency. We help communities contest wireless facilities while discouraging wireless device-usage. Drafting bills and executive orders on wireless, geoengineering, and more, we drive policies that support the “Cujus” doctrine, protecting our atmosphere from hazards of all kinds. Informing people how to escape trappings of the Digital Prison within the Internet of Bodies, we give of our capabilities as free men and women, retaining our innate noble, analog spirit. Our expertise promotes legal and legislative efforts to create a healthier environment for all.

Stay connected more naturally!

  • For internet, use fiberoptic and/or ethernet cables rather than wifi.
  • Never use any ‘smart’ device or wearable.
  • Limit cellphone usage and turn the phone off by night.
  • Inquire about getting a landline for phone calls.
  • Arrange your bed to be as far as possible from any ‘smart’ utility meter.
  • Avoid digital tv usage.
  • Help your community avert all wireless infrastructures, as shown below.
  • Nunca uses ningún dispositivo o accesorio ‘smart’.

TO AVERT NEW WTFs (Wireless Telecommunications Facilities) in your area:

  • Watch your local government’s hearings to learn of any new applications for WTFs.
  • When you see a proposal for a new WTF, contact us right away.
  • Check AntennaSearch.com to see whether other nearby antennas may already provide “adequate” telecom coverage.
  • Draft a testimony in sworn-statement form, with a jurat and then facts and laws in numbered points.
  • Facts may include lack of safety, hazardous microwave radiation, proximity to homes or sensitive facilities such as schools and hospitals, young or old residents and those with disabilities, nearby animal sanctuaries or pollinator colonies, property value losses, historic and cultural damages, better options such as fiberoptic to the premises (FTTP).
  • Relevant laws may include the 1996 Telecommunications Act, its Conference document, federal case precedents, state statutes, WTFs’ surveillant capacities in violation of the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth Amendment, The Florida Constitution’s right to privacy, and more. We can help provide these, quoted with citations.
  • Have us provide scientific evidence in substantiation, to strengthen your document.
  • Conclude your written testimony with a polite reminder of your officials’ Oath of Office.
  • Practice speaking your testimony clearly – and time it to fit your locality’s time limits.
  • Find others in the community to support your efforts in their own creative ways.
  • For your likelihood of success, have testimonies vetted in advance by our experts.
  • Apply the U.S. Supreme Court Daubert Rule in your hearings for success. (We can help.)
  • Submit your testimony live in the hearing and in writing, signed; and share it, redacted, with media.
  • Let us help you create a viable LEGAL petition for your community. (The usage of terms such as “concern”, “fear”, “alarm”, “doubt” and “issue” must fail.) These will fail, legally.
  • Follow up with your public officials – local, state, and federal.

(Podemos ayudarle a Ud..)
